ABOUT AROMA KEBAB
Aroma Kebab was founded in 2026 by a young woman from Pakistan studying business at ISMA University in Riga. Running the shop alongside her studies isn’t a coincidence, it’s the same business degree put into practice.
THE IDEA BEHIND AROMA KEBAB
Riga had plenty of fast food, but not a shop built specifically around fully halal preparation, done properly and without ambiguity for customers who need that standard met.
That gap, combined with a business education she was actively studying, became Aroma Kebab: fresh ingredients, halal meat, and food made to order rather than sitting pre-made under a heat lamp.
